I was a little worried about getting my money back since I try to be careful with what I spend, but support handled it without any hassle. The refund came through quickly, which I really appreciated.

"MuseScore has been helpful for me..."
MuseScore has been helpful for me, and I have found a lot of sheet music I was looking for. That said, the subscription price feels a bit high since I do not use it all that often. Some downloads are simple, but others are not super clear. It is definitely not a bad site, I just wish there was a cheaper option for casual users like me.

"Pretty accurate scores overall"
I use MuseScore often, and the scores are usually really accurate. The quality is good too—they’re easy to follow and don’t feel messy or confusing. It saves me a lot of time when I’m trying to learn new songs.

"Free plan feels useful enough"
The free plan definitely has some limits, but my gut says it still does the job well. I can find scores and practice without much hassle, which is really what I need most. It’s not perfect, but for me, it feels good enough to keep using

"Honestly, it just works"
I’ve been using musescore.org for a while now, and it’s been surprisingly steady. Scores load quickly, playback does what it’s supposed to, and I haven’t had to deal with random crashes or strange errors like I’ve run into on some other sites that clearly don’t test things properly. Overall, it’s reliable and gets the job done without making a big deal out of it.

"Super easy to figure out"
I started using musescore.org to look for sheet music, it was easy within the first 5 or 10 minutes. The search works well enough, and I can usually find and open a score in just a couple clicks without feeling lost.

I also like that the whole site feels clear, even for someone like me who isn’t super techy. It probably saves me around 20 minutes of digging around each time I practice, which makes the whole thing a lot less frustrating.

"Support helped, just took a bit"
I had a problem with my account and reached out to support. They did get back to me, but it took a few days, so that was a little frustrating. To be fair, they fixed the issue in the end. I just wish the replies had been a bit quicker and easier to understand.

"I used MuseScore for downloading a couple scores..."
I used MuseScore for downloading a couple scores and printing them out for practice, and mostly it was fine. The print layout, it was easy to figure out, not really a problem. I did have one little login issue one time, but it wasn’t anything too terrible. I do wish some pieces were more clear about access before you click on them, because that was a bit annoying. Overall though, useful for me it has been.

"They have a lot of sheet music to..."
They have a lot of sheet music to choose from, which is great, but I noticed some more obscure songs just aren’t there. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does feel like a preventable gap if they expanded the catalog a bit

"Handy for basic scores, but not always smooth"
I’ve been using musescore mostly for writing simple piano pieces and band parts, and for that kind of thing it’s helpful. Once I got used to the shortcuts, entering notes became fairly quick, and the playback feature is great for catching obvious mistakes before I print anything.
That said, it can be a little clunky. Tweaking page layout or trying to move dynamics exactly where I want them sometimes takes more effort than it should, and larger scores can slow it down a bit. For a free notation program, I think it’s a solid option, but it definitely has moments where it feels less polished than I’d like.

"I signed up for musescore expecting the..."
I signed up for musescore expecting the billing to be a little confusing, but it was actually straightforward. When I didn’t need it anymore, cancelling was quick and I didn’t get hit with any random extra charges. it handled things better than I thought it would.

"I’ve been using this to share my..."
I’ve been using this to share my scores with other musicians, it just makes sense for me. I’d rather have everything in one place where people can easily check it out instead of sending files back and forth. It’s been a really good way to connect and get my music in front of the right people.

"Umm, the playback sounds a bit flat"
Umm, the sound is okay overall, but it feels kind of flat when playing things back. It’s not terrible, just not as full or clear as I was hoping

"Good scores, but the app gets annoying"
The scores themselves are solid and useful, but the mobile app has been freezing on me a lot, and the login keeps acting up. It gets frustrating fast. I mean, it’s not the worst thing ever, but it does make the whole experience feel like more hassle than it should be.
